How to place an e-mail order
Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to prepare the order.

- Send an e-mail to [email protected] including :
     1. All the items you would like to order
     2. Your name
     3. Your phone number
     4. The date at which you would like to pick up the order
- Once we have received the e-mail, we will call you to process the payment over the phone and to explain all the  pick-up procedures. We accept payment from Visa or MasterCard.
- Once the order has been paid for, our employees will make sure to have it ready for you to pick up on the date of your choice. 

How to pick up your order

You can pick up your order at any time during our business hours. Simply call us once arriving at La Cigale so we can bring your order out for you. This will allow you to avoid waiting in line. ​

What can I order?

Ice cream cakes, ice cream tarts and fruit pies can all be ordered by e-mail. You can also add a customizable message to your ice cream cake or ice cream tart, such as "Happy Birthday" or "Congratulations"!
