If you have any kind of dietary restriction, make sure to let the employee taking your order know so they can take the necessary mesures! Our staff is trained to take allergies very seriously : when a customer informs us of an allergy, we make sure to use a clean scoop, to wash our hands thoroughly and to scoop the ice cream from a container that hasn't been opened before, which diminishes the chance of cross-contamination. NUTS
- Our ice cream machine is cleaned extensively after making a flavour containing nuts (ex : chocolate hazelnut).
- We offer a nut-free ice cream sandwich. The cookies are baked and assembled by our staff in a nut-free facility, and we use a nut-free vanilla ice cream. (The ice cream used is not La Cigale ice cream, which allows us to offer a nut-free product).

DAIRY
- We offer several sorbets, which are very refreshing and made with real fruit. We also offer vegan ice creams (made with coconut milk and rice milk to achieve a rich and creamy texture).

GLUTEN
- We offer gluten-free cones, as well as a multitude of gluten-free ice cream flavours. 
- No gluten ever enters the ice cream machine, all components including gluten are mixed in by hand.

- Our ice cream does contain eggs, but they are pasteurized, which means that they are safe for pregnant women
