In 2018, after much persuasion, we decided to expand our business into a year-round affair and donuts were added.
It was important to me that our donuts be of the same high quality as our ice cream, so we set out to make a hand-rolled donut that takes 24 hours to make from start to finish. In a similar style to most bread doughs, our donuts are made from a yeasted dough that needs to rise over 3 stages. This time to rise gives them a delicious flavour and fine texture that differentiates us from our competitors.
